It is an original massage ritual led by Leo - a certified breathwork coach and original massage guide. The session combines conscious touch, work with body energy and breath, drawing inspiration from the four elements. You can choose the basic option (physical-sensual) or the extended option (with breathwork practice and spiritual guidance).
The basic option focuses on working with the body and energy - without spiritual elements or conversation. The extended option additionally includes breathwork practice with intention, spiritual guidance, individual breathwork instruction and space for integration of the experience and conversation.
Sessions are led exclusively by Leo - a certified original massage therapist and breathwork coach. He specialises in working with body energy and conscious touch.
Yes. You can choose the option when booking or discuss it with Leo directly before the session. We encourage prior contact so that Leo can prepare the space accordingly.
