These Terms and Conditions set out the general terms, rules and operation of the idyllamassage.pl website. The Terms and Conditions also set out the rules and conditions governing the provision of free electronic services by idyllamassage.pl.
We do not offer any services other than massages. A person using the services of idyllamassage.pl must be at least 18 years old.
§ 1 Definitions
- User - means an entity to which electronic services are provided in accordance with the Terms and Conditions and applicable law.
- Terms and Conditions - means these terms and conditions of the Website.
- Website - means the website that enables the User to make Bookings and use the services made available by idyllamassage.pl.
- Durable medium - means any material or instrument that enables the User or idyllamassage.pl to store information addressed personally to them in a way that allows the information to be accessed in the future for a period appropriate to the purposes for which it is intended and that permits the unchanged reproduction of the information stored.
§ 2 General provisions and use of the Website
- All rights to the Website, including copyright, belong to its owner: Patrycja Anna Karczewska, conducting business under the name IdyllaMassage, NIP: 6792952824, ul. Floriańska 26/6, 31-019 Kraków.
- The owner of idyllamassage.pl will make every effort to ensure that the Website operates continuously and without disruption.
- The Website uses cookies solely to ensure its proper operation and to analyse visitor statistics. Details are provided in the Privacy Policy.
- To make a Booking, the User must provide the data required in the booking form and accept these Terms and Conditions.
§ 3 Bookings
- To make a Booking through the Website, the User is not required to register an account.
- When making a Booking, the User must accept these Terms and Conditions, which is a prerequisite for submitting the Booking.
- The information contained on the Website does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the provisions of the Polish Civil Code, but merely an invitation to enter into an agreement.
- The User may make Bookings 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- A User making a Booking through the Website is required to provide accurate information.
- Submitting a Booking does not yet constitute the conclusion of an agreement with the owner of the Website.
- After receipt of the Booking has been confirmed, the system sends an e-mail or SMS containing the Booking details and, where applicable, confirmation of the appointment.
§ 4 Payments
- The prices displayed on the Website for each service are gross prices and include VAT.
- The User is informed by the owner of the Website by telephone or e-mail of any change to the appointment or its cancellation.
- Payment for the service is made by the User in person at the premises on the day the service is provided.
§ 5 Reporting threats or infringements of rights on the Website
- If the User or any other person or entity believes that content published on the Website infringes their rights, they should immediately notify the owner of the Website.
- Upon being notified of a potential infringement, the owner of the Website will promptly take steps to remedy the infringement or clarify the matter.
§ 6 Protection of personal data
The rules governing the protection of personal data are set out in the Privacy Policy published on the Website.
§ 7 Final provisions
- The owner of the Website is liable for non-performance or improper performance of the agreement in accordance with applicable law.
- The content of the Terms and Conditions may be recorded by printing it, saving it on a durable medium or downloading it from the Website at any time.
- If a dispute arises in connection with the agreement entered into, the parties will seek to resolve it amicably. If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be resolved by the competent court of general jurisdiction.
- The Seller informs a User who is a Consumer of the possibility of using out-of-court complaint and redress procedures. Information is available at: http://www.uokik.gov.pl
- The owner of the Website reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. Users will be informed of each amendment with appropriate advance notice.
- Agreements with the owner of the Website are entered into in Polish.
- These Terms and Conditions enter into force on 01.06.2025.
